Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of ccfcyouth.com and the forms on it. Program participation itself is governed by the club's registration agreement, bylaws and the rules of the leagues we play in, which you accept when you register on PlayMetrics.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our programs, find the right program for a player, request an evaluation or free session, join a waitlist, and contact the club. You agree to give accurate information in forms and not to submit forms on behalf of someone else without their permission, to scrape or copy the site for commercial use, or to interfere with how it works.

Requests are not registrations

Submitting an evaluation request, trial request or waitlist form does not register your player or hold a roster spot. A director confirms training nights by email, and registration is completed on PlayMetrics. Prices, dates, venues and nights shown on the site are current to the best of our knowledge and can change; the PlayMetrics listing and your registration confirmation control.

Fees and refunds

Fees are set by program and published on the program pages and on PlayMetrics. Refunds follow the club's refund policy, summarized in our frequently asked questions and stated in full at registration. Financial aid and scholarship decisions are made by the club and are not guaranteed by anything on this site.

Content and trademarks

The club's name, crest and the text and photographs on this site belong to Carolina Core FC Youth or are used with permission. Carolina Core FC, MLS NEXT, Girls Academy, NCYSA, PlayMetrics and partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission or as accurate references to the leagues and services we use. You may link to the site and quote it for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Links to other sites

The site links to PlayMetrics, league and partner sites, maps and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes about the site are heard in the state or federal courts serving Forsyth or Guilford County.
