Carolina Core FC Youth ("the club", "we") runs this website for families in the Piedmont Triad who want to play soccer with us. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. It covers ccfcyouth.com and the forms on it. Registration and payment happen on PlayMetrics, which has its own policy linked below.

What we collect and why

Information you type into a form. The contact, evaluation request, free-session trial and waitlist forms ask for a parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, and for the player's first name, birth month and year, gender and current club. We use it to answer your question, place your player in the right program, confirm a training night by email, and tell you when registration opens. We do not ask children to fill in forms; a parent or guardian provides the player's details.

Information collected automatically. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records pages viewed, buttons used, the approximate region a visit comes from, and the device and browser type. It sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can decline analytics with the notice at the bottom of the page or at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site; the site works the same either way. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a short-lived security cookie. Google Fonts serves the typeface.

Information on your device only. The program finder keeps the birth date you enter in your browser so the next page can show the right program. A confirmation page keeps booking details for the same reason. Nothing from those fields leaves your browser unless you submit a form.

Who sees it

Form submissions go to club staff: the office, the registrar and the director for the program you asked about. They are stored in the club's booking system, which is hosted for us by Go-Forth, our technology partner, and are used only for club communication. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Text messages are sent by a messaging provider acting on our instructions. If a court order or law requires disclosure, we comply.

PlayMetrics

Registration, rostering and payments are handled by PlayMetrics, a separate company. When you register, PlayMetrics collects and stores that information under its own privacy policy, including payment details, which the club never sees in full.

Children

This site is for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player details are provided by a parent or guardian for the purpose of placing the player in a program, as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act allows. If you believe a child has submitted information directly, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while the player is in, or being placed in, a program and for one season afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period we set, currently 14 months.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email info@ccfcyouth.com or write to the address below. We answer within 30 days.
• Decline analytics cookies using the notice on the site.
• Manage registration data, including payment methods, in your PlayMetrics account.
• Photos and video of players taken at club activities are covered by the photo and video release that is part of the registration agreement on PlayMetrics. Accepting that release is a condition of registration; the club may use those images in its own materials and channels. Questions about a specific image go to the office.

Images on this site

Photographs on this site show CCFC Youth players and coaches at club activities, used under the photo and video release above. Every image is a real photograph; none is AI-generated. A small number have had their lighting and colour edited with AI tools, which does not change the people, kit or setting shown. Staff and coach headshots are published with the individual's consent.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form data travels encrypted to the club's booking system. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected families promptly if we learn of a breach involving their information.
