Passionate about developing young players and people of character? Carolina Core FC Youth is always looking for dedicated coaches at every level, from first-touch Recreation to MLS NEXT and the Girls Academy, plus referees and staff.

Relevant coaching licensesOr a willingness to earn them. We support coaching education and host licence courses.
Reliability and communicationA positive, professional presence with players and families.
A cleared background checkRequired for all coaches, plus SafeSport certification for team officials.

Complete the NCYSA / US Soccer Grassroots referee courseCertification is the first step.
