How selection works

Invited in, not cut out.

Green is an accelerated group inside Juniors, not a separate club. U9 players who aren't invited stay on their Juniors team.

Director evaluationPlayers are invited after an on-field evaluation with the Juniors Director and the Pre-MLS / Pre-GA staff.
Placement, not a cutA player who is not placed in Green keeps their place in U9 Juniors. Nobody loses soccer.
Movement during the yearDirectors review training groups each season; players move up as they are ready.
