Two professional sessions a week and local games. The flagship bridge from Recreation to club soccer for High Point players, with training at Ivey M. Redmon in Kernersville on Mondays and Wednesdays and weekend match festivals close to home.

High Point players train with the Juniors group at Ivey M. Redmon in Kernersville, a short drive up I-74. Phillips Park hosts ETA on Fridays and HPAC hosts High Point match days.
